Rather than pursuing temporary sensual pleasure, the transcendentalists seek unlimited and eternal spiritual pleasure. How? By concentrating on the Supreme. In the Hare Krishna movement we concentrate on the Supreme by concentrating on the names of the Supreme in the form of the maha-mantra: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare / Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare, and we share this good news with others who find sense enjoyment fails to satisfy their soul’s yearning and are looking for a positive alternative.

bahya-sparsesv asaktatma

vindaty atmani yat sukham
sa brahma-yoga-yuktatma
sukham aksayam asnute
“Such a liberated person is not attracted to material sense pleasure but is always in trance, enjoying the pleasure within. In this way the self-realized person enjoys unlimited happiness, for he concentrates on the Supreme.” (Bhagavad-gita 5.21)
