Dear devotees,
With sadness, we inform the Vaisnava community that His Grace Baladeva Prabhu from Trinidad has been diagnosed with end stage lung cancer. Few days ago his doctors advised that there is nothing medically possible to reverse his condition, and as such he will be leaving a hospital in Albany, to return to his home in Stuyvesant Falls, New York.
Baladeva Prabhu (a senior disciple of Satsvarupa Maharaj) and his wife Krsna dasi, for the past few years, have been full-time care givers of HH Satsvarupa das Goswami at Viraha Bhavan, Stuyvesant Falls in Upstate New York. He was one of the pioneers of ISKCON in Trinidad, who served as Temple President for years, and is the main organizer of the annual Port of Spain Ratha-yatra festival.
We humbly request your heartfelt prayers for his well-being, and arranging for kirtan on his behalf will be much appreciated.
