As we all are aware of attacks on our temples and other Hindu establishments in Bangladesh. Two ISKCON devotees Pranta Chandra das and Jatan Chandra Saha are murdered by mob and Nimai Chandra Das is in critical condition. The mob also caused large scale damages to Temples and Deities. This is condemned by ISKCON and we call for action from Bangladesh Govt.
To condemn this heinous act and raise our concern ISKCON is organising a Peaceful Kirtan Protests across the world on Saturday, 23rd Oct.
In Melbourne we are also planning to stage Peaceful Kirtan Protest at various locations on Saturday, 23rd Oct at 12.00 noon .
We request all the devotees, Hindus and members of public to join in raising our concerns against the treatment of minorities in Bangladesh.

Due the COVID restrictions there is a limit to the amount of people that can partake. The ruling is that only 15 people can gather together in an open air location so we are hoping to have multiple groups of 15 around the city of Melbourne.
We are still waiting for final approval from Vic Police.
Once registered you will receive detailed information including timing, meeting point, Guidelines to follow during protest, COVID Safety instructions and more. These guidelines are prepared by Global Communications team and to be adhered by all devotees across the world.
