Refer to the GBC AGM resolution of 2020, all the leaders are being requested to dedicate their efforts during the week of 22nd to 28th September 2021, towards encouraging the members in your zones to increase their daily reading of Srila Prabhupada’s books. This glorious festival week starts right after the Bhadra Purnima 2021 celebrations and ends with Srila Prabhupada’s arrival in the USA.
By 15th September 2021, we will dispatch an information package to ISKCON leaders and centres around the world. This package will provide resources that will aid in the celebration of the “International Sravanam week 2021” in their respective centre. On the eve of Sri Krishna Janmashtami, and consequently the appearance of Srila Prabhupada, the ISKCON Ministry of Education would like to invoke upon the auspiciousness of these occasions and seek the blessings of the Vaishnavas as we embark on the preparation of International Shravanam Week 2021 to glorify Srila Prabhupada’s books.
We humbly entreat you to help us promote this event, to raise awareness of Shravanam Week so that more devotees than ever will be inspired to read Srila Prabhupadas books.
