Exceptional security measures by the police for the huge crowd expected for the Iskcon Rathayatra Sunday in Baroda

Thousands of kilograms of 'prasad' are distributed to devotees en route apart from saplings and fruits. Considering the huge crowd that the Yatra attracts, the city police take additional security measures. "We have already deployed companies of Rapid Action Force (RAF) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in the city. Also, our entire police force will be on guard on the day of Yatra," city police commissioner Satish Sharma said.
